Actor Sudeep has lent his baritone to Shashank's Bachchan - The Angry Young Man, music for which is scored by V  Harikrishna.  The director who is thrilled, said, "It was Harikrishna's idea. He got Sudeep into singing a duet song which is actually based on his attitude, his personality, and which almost matches our senior actor, Amitabh Bachchan. In one line I can say, It is entertaining and truly in Sudeep signature's style."

It is not the first for Sudeep, who had lent his voice in the film Chandu for the song Sontada isya byaadavo sisya and in Veer Madakari for the song Chinta Ta Chita Chita apart from few others.

"He is a professional and sings only if his voice justifies the song. Before agreeing to sing, he told me, 'I don't want to sing just to make news. If this song takes the film to the next level and if it truly demands my voice, I will go for it'. What I liked about him is that he does not believe in gimmicks," said Shashank adding, "Though he is not a professional singer, he has music sense as he has learnt the art. In fact there is lot of demand for his voice at his private parties. Especially when there is a party at Ambareesh's house, his wife Sumalatha always requests Sudeep to sing a song. He sings romantic numbers very well." The speciality of the song will definitely be the lyrics, which is written by Yograj Bhat, said Shashank. "This peppy number will have some of Amitabh's movie names and Sudeep will be seen dancing in Amitabh's unique style. One can enjoy the Lambooji song in Kannada with namma Bachchan," the director added.

With the film in the final working stages, Bachchan is slowly creating a huge buzz with Sudeep and team. "It is really exciting as right from the title to the star cast, everything is making news. But I have not gone beyond the script. Of course, there are fears and nervous pangs as the expectations are rising everyday. We have to meet the audience expectations and definitely we are not leaving any stone unturned to make it a success," said Shashank, who also maintained that just because the title is Bachchan... the film is not about the superstar. "It is a well oriented incidental film. We have not exaggerated the hero. You can't bracket it into a typical commercial film. Fresh characters, incidents and backdrop will be the highlight of this film," added the director, who plans to reveal the first teaser on March 10.
