BANGALORE: Apurva Kasaravalli has roped in Rahul Bose for his debut directorial film, Niruttara. The director, who met Rahul a couple of days ago in Mumbai, confirmed the news of Rahul's debut in Sandalwood. He says, "We sat down and had a chat about Niruttara. I had sent him the script, which he had read and liked along with his role as well."
Rahul is currently busy with Zoya Akhtar's Dil Dhadakne Do. "Once he completes the shoot for the film, he will start shooting for our film, which will mostly happen in Bangalore," he says
Apurva admits that he is excited about working with Rahul. "Knowing Rahul, he needs to be convinced about the role he plays. It does not matter if he is paid a huge sum for the role or not. If he likes the film, he will do it. He is currently busy with many projects but is still taking time out for our film because of the story and his character. I am glad that he is a part of our film," he says.
