The Telugu version of the film Dev, S/o Mudde Gowda starring Diganth and directed by Indrajit Lankesh is all set to release on November 7 in more than 100 theatres in Andhra Pradesh.
Shilpa Ramesh Ramani, the producer of the film, wants to take the film to Tollywood because popular Telugu actor Charmee Kaur has played the main lead in the film. The film also stars Bollywood hottie Nathalia Kaur in a cameo performance. The music for the film has been scored by Jessie Gift.
Unfortunately, the film that saw its release in Kananda in April 2012 failed miserably at the box office and was out of theatres in less than two weeks.
The Telugu version of the film is creating excitement among the industry folks as well as viewers who have just gotten a look at the trailer. We can only hope that this film will give a new lease of life to the story.
