Ragini Dwivedi is on a signing spree and is mainly taking on heroine-centric roles.  Ragini IPS started a new trend for the actress and she has followed it with Amma and Ranachandi, which are heroine oriented.  This is a major breakthrough in Sandalwood which is traditionally considered a male dominated industry with heroines yet to take that brave step towards women-oriented films. However, Ragini seems to breaking new grounds in the Kannada industry and her clout has been increasing with each film.

In recent times, the actress has also become a multilingual star with her upcoming 2015 film Amma, scheduled to be released in five languages. Ragini also recently made an announcement on Twitter about her next bilingual project directed by Raj (of fame) and produced by Vikram Raju.

Apparently, Ragini found the subject of the film interesting as its about the practice of black magic. The film will also star two heroes both of whom are newcomers with Ragini taking the centrestage.

An interesting thing to look out for in the film will be Ragini's make up. The buzz is that the actress will be shedding her glamourous avatar and donning the scary makeup suited to a black magic practitioner. The film will be mostly shot in Goa.
