The audio of Sharan’s upcoming film Bullet Bashya produced by Jayanna Combines is slated to hit the market by next week. The film directed by Jayatheertha has music composed by Arjun Janya and the D Beats Music Company has acquired the rights and will release the audio CDs into the market. According to director Jayatheertha, the Bullet Basya album consists of five songs, and all of them have a local flavour.
“There is one melody and the rest are popular commercial numbers. The album features a mix of folk and western elements. We have songs like Tottoori Talavarayya, Common Common Bossy, Baare Kuntkole... and the lyrics of these tracks are written by Nagendra Prasad, Kaviraj and Yogaraj Bhat and are very catchy. The songs are very easy to learn and can be easily memorised by kids as well. The local context was especially crucial keeping Sharan’s character and the story. The song Kaal Kg Kallekaiwritten by Bhatru has been sung by Sharan himself.
The makers have managed to rope in a Bollywood singer for this film. “Nakash Aziz who gained fame for his hit number Saree Ke Fall Sa from R.. Rajkumar has sung one of the songs. We also have our very own Kannada singers, Vijay Prakash, Anuradha, Indu Nagaraj and Malathi. This comedy has Hariprriya in the female lead with Tabla Nani, Rangyana Raghu, Master Anand, Girija Lokesh, Giri, Prashanth Siddi as the supporting cast.
Bullet Basya is Sharan’s next film to look out for.
