Mahesh Rao’s next film has been generating curiosity from the time it has been announced for bringing Yash and Radhika together again. Now the film garners more attention for they have brought in versatile actor Sai Kumar on board. The actor who has been receiving appreciation for his role in Rangitaranga has agreed to be part of producer K Manju’s project in which he will be playing father to Radhika Pandit. Knowing Sai Kumar’s taste, he would have accepted the role only if it is fascinating.
Mahesh is currently preparing before the movie goes to the floors from February 25. Meanwhile, there is a lot of curiosity about what the film’s title would be.
In reply, the director says, it is yet-to-be decided. “I wonder why there is so much of excitement with the title.”
Producer, K Manju on the other end, has kept open four to five titles and will be finalising on one soon. K Manju says, “The script has shaped up very well and going by the story it will be a commercial and family entertainer. Title should be given equal importance. Keeping Yash’s mass appeal in mind, my friends suggested the title Maanja. We will have to see whether that will suit the story. We have time till February 25,” he says.
