Manoranjan, who is currently on the sets of Saheba helmed by director Bharat, is practically discovering the art of facing the camera, which he says is exciting. City Express got access to the first look of Manoranjan and Shanvi Srivastava in the film. While the latter is featured as a wonderful human being who leads an intriguing and interesting life, the former is seen as the girl-next-door, which role is quite different from Shanvi's previous films. Those on the sets watching Manoranjan's act feel that he doesn't come across as Ravichandran's son, but as an actor who is trying to give his best.

Ask Manoranjan about his experience on the sets of Saheba, and he says, "There is excitement in me and I find a similar atmosphere on the sets too. I have been on the sets of my father's films and familiar to the words 'action and cut'. But, today, to every shot, I have been I asked to do, I recall my dad's advice and tips about the body language and scenes. He always keeps blessing me while I leave home for shoot. Likewise, the director has given us freedom and lets us be natural,"

Manoranjan explains.

Interestingly, the young actor has been reporting about the shoot to his father on a daily basis. "Every evening, there is a post mortem about my performance on the sets. I feel good to tell him and wait to know, what tips and advice he will have for me for the next day's shoot. I consider it  a duty to be reporting to my father who has knowledge in all aspects of filmmaking.

The first schedule of Saheba is currently going on in and around Bengaluru, which might get over on February 17. They will later move to Mysuru to shoot a few portions.

The film made under Jayanna Combines has V Harikrishna as the music director while G S V Seetharam is the cameraman.
