Director Vijaya Prasad is finally heaving a sigh of relief. His much delayed project Neer Dose completed  shooting on Wednesday with the lead  cast Jaggesh, H G Dattatreya, Suman Ranganathan and Haripriya participating in a song sequence at Kanteerava Studio.

City Express got hold of a photograph of the song sequence, which has Jaggesh, who plays the character of a mortuary van driver and Suman Ranganathan, a dancer, dressed as bride and groom.

“I wanted a happy ending for Neer Dose and the film will see Jaggesh and Suman Ranganathan happily married,” the director reveals.

It is another birth for the director, who has held on to the film after several controversies in terms of casting and it may sure seem that he has learnt from the mistakes.

“Thankfully, it was pure determination and perseverance that took me to my goal. Mistakes are part of being human. I have come to appreciate it because I believe that the most significant lessons in life can be learnt the hard way.” he says and adds that the project is indeed an achievement and has given him inspiration for his future films.

Prasad, who is now busy with the post-production work, is now at the editing table.

"I will follow it with dubbing with various artistes and if all goes well, we will release the film by May end or June, as and when the cricket fever comes down,” he says.

The film made by Skanda Productions is produced by S Prasanna and Narayanan. Anoop Seelin has scored the music and Sugnaan is the cameraman.
