Natasha Stankovic makes her sandalwood debut with Dana Kayonu

Director Yogaraj Bhat introduces Serbian model-turned-actress Natasha Stankovic to Kannada movies with Dana Kayonu. She plays the second lead in the Duniya Vijay starrer that sees Priyamani in the lead. 

Natasha.jpgThe actress has established herself in Bollywood with films like Satyagraha, Dishkiyaoon, Holiday:A Soldier is Never Off Duty and Action Jackson, among others and has been a contestant of Bigg Boss season-eight.

“Natasha is making her mark in South with the Kannada film, where she plays the role of a reasearch scholar. “We were looking particularly for a foreign artiste who can play a full fleged role in our film and she was refered to us by a casting agent from Mumbai,” says a member from the production team. 

The actress will also be seen in the introduction song along with the lead actor Duniya Vijay. "The actress is an excellent dancer and has specifically been trained in Bollywood style dancing. We took this opportunity to showcase her dancing skills and she has proved them well. Natasha was equally excited to be dressed in a traditional attire - a half saree for this particular song,” says the team member

The film  music is scored by V Harikrishna and the cinematography is by Sugnan.
