Radhika Kumaraswamy, who has already proved her acting prowess, is now ready to explore new and different kinds of roles. Therefore, the actress has decided to be part of Ravichandran’s upcoming directorial Rajendra Ponappa.
Ravichandran, the writer of Rajendra Ponnappa, is also producing the film under Eshwari Productions. He is also playing the lead in the movie and composing its music.
Radhika will be seen with Ravichandran after almost a decade. They were earlier paired in Hatavadhi, released in 2006.
The shooting is currently on and Ravichandran plays a lawyer in the film. The movie title Rajendra Ponnappa is from the name of his character in his previous film Drishya.
This is the third film, in a row, in which Ravichandran is playing a lawyer. The actor will be wearing a black coat in Dasharatha and Buckaasuura The team has however not revealed any details of Radhika’s role or the cast in the film.
Radhika has also made an entry into the small screen. She is judging a dance reality show along with Prem and Yusuf Salmaan Khan.
