Bobby, a romantic comedy that will have Maniyanpillai Raju's son Niranj playing the hero, will hit the screens this week. And, according to the actor, he will play the eponymous Bobby in the movie, an ex-seminary student.

"The movie is an entertainer. There is a strong love track. I play a student who gets ousted from the seminary because he is too wild to fit in there. He comes back home only to meet Maria, played by Mia.

He falls head over heels in love with Maria, a bank employee and stalks her, only to find that she is much elder to him," says Niranj. Bobby gets married to Maria under certain circumstance and what happens form the crux of the story.

Niranj says that he enjoyed playing an immature 21-year-old boy who is blind in love. "The character itself is a bit loud. He is supposed to be immature and reckless and I think one can identify to such a character quite easily. I enjoyed playing Bobby," says Niranj.

The actor says he enjoyed quite a rapport with Mia. "We became friends. So, it was easy to be acting alongside her," says the actor.By now, the trailer of Bobby is already trending and the actor says the youthful content will definitely entertain the audience. "It is a small fun movie and I am sure all will enjoy it," says Niranj.

Bobby is directed by Shebi Chowgat and has Aju Varghese and Dharmajan Bolgatty in important roles.
