‘Venkatadri’, the Nandamuri Tarakaratna starrer, which completed its shoot, is getting ready for release soon. It has Mandeep Takkar playing heroine.
Director Samudra is confident that `Venkatadri’ will overtake his earlier action-oriented flicks like `Simharasi’, Sivaramaraju and Evadaithe Nakenti’ at the BO.Srikanth Deva has scored the music.
A fight choreographed by seven top fight masters under the guidance of Selva Master on Tarakaratna is said to be the highlight of the film. Sahithi, Veturi, Abhinaya Srinivas, Nag Enamala and Ghatikachalam have penned the six songs the film has. Nandamuri Mohana Krishna is producing the film under Ramakrishna Cine Studios banner.
``The film suits Tarakaratna’s mass image and has all the elements: love, mass, action and sentiment in equal proportions,’’ said Tummala Prasanna Kumar, who is presenting the film. Sneha Takkar, Rithima, Ranganath, Sivakrishna, director Sarath, Jayalalitha, Kadambari Kiran, late Hari Prasad, Venu Madhav, Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam, Bharath and Uppalapati Narayana Rao were among those present on the occasion.
