CHENNAI: Actor Vikram has been selected as the Youth Envoy for the United Nations Human Settlement Programme (UN Habitat). The actor, a recipient of the national award, is the only Asian to be selected for this honour.
He is currently in Nairobi, Kenya, for the 23rd governing council meet of the UN Habitat from April 11-15.
