After the success of the Karthi-starrer Paiyaa, Lingusamy is now busy with the multi-starrer Vettai. The shooting went on floors recently at Karaikudi. The opening song sequence was shot with more than 2,000 dancers. And all the stars Arya, Madhavan (plays Arya’s brother), Amala Paul and Sameera Reddy took part in the shooting, which was choreographed by dance master Brindha. After the shooting in Karaikudi, the film crew will proceed towards Tirunelveli and Thoothukudi. Music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, Tirupathi Brothers is producing the movie. The production company is also busy with a number of productions including Balaji Shakthivel’s Vazhaku En 18/9 and a film with Mysskin that stars Arya. Apart from Vettai, Lingusamy is also directing Vishal for a film that is also produced by his home banner, Tirupati Brothers.
