Actress Ananya who rose to fame after ‘Engaeyum Epodhum’, is to tie the knot with a Kerala-based industrialist, Anjaneyan, sometime this year. Says she, “Even before entering the film industry, I had informed my parents that I would agree to an arranged marriage. Both the families are making arrangements for a grand wedding in Thrissur, Kerala. So, the marriage plan didn’t happen overnight. Since it was a good proposal, we agreed to it. We have not confirmed the wedding date yet.”
When asked if she will act after marriage, the actress said, “My future husband will have to take a call on that issue. I’m shooting for ‘Iravum Pagalum’ with ‘Angadi Theru’ Mahesh, and have not committed to any other Tamil project. However, I’m waiting for the right scripts to come my way.”
Ananya is now busy shooting for a couple of Malayalam films and has also signed a Kannada project.
