CHENNAI: South Indian actress Trisha Krishnan,who recently got engaged, will star in a film to be produced by her fiance Varun Manian.
"The actress has now signed Thiru's untitled next starring Jai in lead role. The film is produced by Sushanth Prasad of Film Department and Varun Manian of Radiance Media," a release here said.
The 31-year-old actress had earlier worked with Thiru in the Tamil movie 'Samar' starring Vishaal and shooting will commence in March.
Her latest film with Ajith Kumar, 'Yennai Arindhaal', was released last week.
