Actor Prabhu Lakshman, who played a crucial role in Mani Ratnam’s recent blockbuster hit, Oh Kadhal Kanmani died of a heart attack on Thursday afternoon.
Prabhu is well-known amongst the celebrities as a good hearted person. He played as Dulquer Salmaan’s close friend in OK Kanmani.
“Shocked to hear about buddy Prabhu's sudden and untimely passing. Was truly a buddy to me & everyone he met. Chennais lost its best buddy,“ Dulquer Salmaan tweeted.
Prabhu is survived by his wife and three children and his funeral took place today at Dindigul.
