Director Nelson Venkatesan’s Oru Naal Koothu, which deals primarily with what today’s youth think of Indian weddings, has been granted a ‘U’ certificate. The film, which features Attakathi Dinesh, Mia George, Nivetha Pethuraj, Ramesh Thilak, Karunakaran and Charlie, among others, had initially been awarded an ‘U/A’ certificate. However, the filmmakers were particular on a U certificate and after effecting some cuts, sent back to the censors. Sources say the film has now been granted a ‘U’ certificate.
