It’s confirmed! The audio launch of Vikram-starrer upcoming Tamil actioner Iru Mugan will have Ram Charan, Nivin Pauly and Sivakarthikeyan attending it on August 2 at a popular city-based multiplex. “It’s going to be a grand event. We have invited Ram, Nivin and Siva, and if everything goes well, a top Bollywood actor may also attend the launch,” says a source.
Meanwhile, rumours are abuzz that Abhishek Bachchan might be that Bollywood name, which the makers are keeping a secret. The speculation is doing the rounds since Vikram has already worked with Jr Bachchan in Mani Ratnam’s Raavan (2010). Directed by Anand Shankar, and produced by Shibu Thameens, Iru Mugan has music by Harris Jayaraj.
Currently in post production stage, the film, slated for an October 2 release, has Vikram in dual roles, besides Nayanthara and Nithya Menen playing the leading ladies. According to a few reports, one of Vikram’s roles will be that of a RAW agent!
