Sony Music has bagged the audio rights of Ajith’s much-anticipated film, Vivegam. We hear the deal was signed a couple of days ago, and the audio company paid over `2 crore to acquire the music rights of this spy-thriller.

The official Twitter handle of Sony Music posted a video on Tuesday evening, and Shridhar Subramaniam of the label expressed his hope that Vivegam would go on to break all previous music records. While the audio is expected to get released by next month, reports suggest that the makers will release a few singles to gauge audience response.

Vivegam, produced by Sathya Jyothi Films, will reportedly have around five songs. Directed by Siruthai Siva, the story is rumoured to revolve around a crime that happens in Tamil Nadu, with the protagonist’s investigation leading him to Europe.
