Malayalam film, Bodyguard, is now going to be remade in three more languages. Directed by Siddique, the Dileep-Nayantara starrer movie was a hit this year.
Plans have already been made with respect to the title and cast of the film. In Tamil, with Vijay and Asin, the movie is titled Kaavalan, and in Hindi it would star Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor. The telugu version, produced by C Venkataraju and Sivaraju, would star Venkatesh in it. The Malayalam hit film revolves around Jayakrishnan (Dileep), who grows up admiring powerful men and aspires to become a bodyguard to an almost legendary thug Asokan (Thyagarajan). No wonder it’s being made in several other languages!
