Instead of the traditional Jallikattu (bull fight), audiences were treated to a rooster fight in the film. A turn of events leads to the ward (Dhanush) overruling his mentor’s (V I S Jayabalan) decision, only to come out successful in the end. The mentor now begins to plot against his ward and much later, the ward takes revenge against his guru.
