For the homeless in Chennai, life comes to a standstill following intense lockdown
As Tamil Nadu enters a four-day intense lockdown, with many of us retreating to the safe confines of our homes, for those on the roads, very little has changed. The TNIE lensmen bring us a glimpse of those who have made the outside their home.
