Fitness for me is: Lifestyle. Initially it started with wanting to be fit for the profession I am in but soon it became a way of life.

My daily diet: I have breakfast of four omelettes, egg whites only, and fresh orange juice. I have a
vegetarian lunch of vegetables and dal. My dinner comprises salad, soup or Quinoa with veggies.
