KOCHI: An event where one hundred of Munnar’s most impassioned TEDx enthusiasts will come together on October 14th for a day of networking and dialogue around the theme. The event ‘TEDxMunnar’ is all set to be held at Government College of Engineering Auditorium in Munnar and will feature an incredible line-up of speakers on topics ranging from the future of Technology, Environment, Innovation, Technology, Communication, Infrastructure, art, Tribal culture and entertainment. Attendees will also have an opportunity to network at an on-site lunch.
“Being a third generation resident of Munnar, it has been a dream for me to help instigate powerful discussions within the community”, said Raji Sarath, Organiser of TEDxMunnar.
“The future is a big question mark, and what better forum is there to discuss it other than at a TEDx event for this small hill station tucked away in Kerala? It is an opportunity to share its ideas with communities around the world”, he said.
The independently produced event, operated under a license from TED, is organised by community volunteers and is aimed at creating dialogue as well as giving people a forum to share their passions, ideas and experiences.The event is sponsored, to date, by Ripple Tea, KDHP Co. Pvt. Ltd. and College of Engineering, Munnar.
