He is responsible for strategic legal and business planning, including corporate structuring, mergers, acquisitions, divestments, cross-border transactions, and corporate finance transactions. He also oversees the development and direction of the corporate legal function, selecting and supervising outside counsel, litigation strategy and management, legal and contractual risk management, insurance management, and intellectual property protection.
