The 640 and its bigger sibling, the 640 XL, are the latest mid-range smartphones from a Nokia that has been rebranded ‘Microsoft’. The normal-sized 640 has a 5-inch 720p screen powered by 1GB RAM and a 8.7 pixel primary camera and a 0.9-megapixel shooter. The XL 5.7-inch 720p display with 13 and 5-megapixel shooters on the back and the front. Both are dual-SIM phones with 8GB of internal storage (expandable), run Windows Phone 8.1 and come with features like NFC connectivity.
