Just days after a teenage girl and her mother pushed out of a moving bus in Punjab, a CCTV footage of the bus has surfaced showing the vehicle being driven recklessly and making a sharp turn onto the other side of the road.

The visuals also show that the bus narrowly misses ramming into a tractor that was coming from the opposite direction.

The road where the bus is seen is reported to be the four-lane Moga-Kotkapura highway. The Orbit Aviation vehicle is also seen violating rules with tinted windows and curtains.

Following this, the bus was seen stopping to pick up its cleaner Amar Ram along with three others, including the accused conductor. This was just minutes before the alleged molestation and groping took place inside the bus.

Meanwhile, owing to the protests and increasing political pressure, Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal took a decision to keep all buses belonging to Orbit Aviation off the roads.

The deputy CM has also directed the company to send all the staff for an orientation course and only after the completion of the course, will the company be allowed to run their buses.

The Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party have stepped up their protests and demanded that the bus company be shut down.

On the other hand, the grieving family has refused to accept any kind of compensation but justice itself. The ruling government had offered Rs 20 lakhs  and a job as compensation.

The family has also refused to cremate the mortal remain of the teenager and has demanded a case against Sukhbir Singh Badal.
