In a fresh turn to the tragic suicide of Rajasthani farmer Gajendra Singh in the AAP rally, sources claim that the farmer was instigated to get atop the tree but death was an accident.

Police are verifying facts by scanning footages from television channels to ascertain facts following the statements of two eye witnesses who  claimed that the farmer was instigated to climb the tree.

The initial Probe suggested that the farmers death was an accident.

However, the kin of the deceased farmer Hold AAP accountable for the tragic incident. Delhi Police named AAP leaders on charges of abetting suicide.

This conclusion was drawn by the Crime Branch of Delhi Police after the statements from the eyewitnesses and family Members.
