VVIP chopper deal case: Court issues summons to ex-IAF chief S P Tyagi

NEW DELHI: A court here on Wednesday issued summons to former Indian Air Force chief S.P. Tyagi and others in the multi-million-dollar AgustaWestland VVIP helicopter deal case.
