As everyone wondered about the rise in Rahul Gandhi's presence on Twitter, the Congress vice-president today revealed the 'genius' who was behind his tweets. It is 'apparently' none but his dog, Pidi.

Rahul Gandhi today tweeted a video of Pidi performing a trick, saying that "Pidi has come clean" and that "Pidi was way cooler than him".

Adding on in humour, he (Pidi) said, "Look what I can do with a tweet..oops..treat!"

The Congress leader's tweet went viral on the micro-blogging site with many users tweeting in praise of Pidi's amazing skills. Pidi also became the source of many creative memes.

For the past few months, Rahul Gandhi has been very active on Twitter and has come up with many witty tweets attacking the ruling BJP Government.

His most recent ones include him mocking Prime Minister Modi's GST as "Gabbar Singh Tax" and slamming Arun Jaitley over India's economy with a Hindi rhyme and a Star Wars movie pun.

Rahul Gandhi currently has just over four million followers on Twitter.
