Mumbai, Dec 12 (PTI): Tata Chemicals has said theMumbai bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)has approved the sale of its urea and fetliser businesses toYara Fertilisers lndia.
The urea and customised fertilisers plants are atBabrala in Uttar Pradesh. Tata Chemicals said it got the NCLTapproval on December 7.
In August 2016, Tata Chemicals had announced the saleof its urea and customised fertiliser business to Yara, awholly-owned arm of Norway-based Yara International, for Rs2,670 crore.
*************Spicejet to operate 6 new flights for holiday seasonLow-cost carrier Spicejet has said it will launch sixnew additional frequencies to meet the demand from theupcoming holiday season from December 22 to February 5, 2018.
The airline will operate the new daily direct flightson the Chennai-Kochi, Chennai-Kolkata and Kolkata -Port Blairroutes where it will deploy its Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Spicejet operates 396 daily flights to 51destinations, including 44 domestic and seven internationalones deploying its 36 Boeing 737NGs and 20 Bombardier Q-400s.
