Vishakapatnam, Dec 13 (PTI) Global aerospace firmLockheed Martin and the India chapter of the Women in AviationInternational (WAI)got together to stage a "Girls in Aviation"Day here.
As part of the event, around 50 girls from two schoolshere visited the Visakhapatnam airport, where they had anopportunity to learn from employees and discuss airportoperations with members of the senior airport management team.
The girls also met with representatives from industryand local government to discuss the relevance of careersin engineering and aviation to todayÂ’s young women.
