New Delhi, Oct 10 (PTI) Consumer electronics maker DixonTechnologies (India) Ltd today said it has entered into anagreement with Flipkart to design and manufacture productslike televisions and washing machines for the e-commercemajor's 'MarQ' brand.
Last week, Flipkart had launched its private label 'MarQ'for large appliances.
A regulatory filing by Dixon said the company willundertake designing and manufacturing of televisions, washingmachines and other electrical appliances for Flipkart undertheir trademark 'MarQ'.
The agreement to this effect between Dixon and Flipkartwas signed on October 9, 2017, it added.
"This agreement is another milestone for us and it is avery important addition for the company," Dixon Technologies(India) Ltd Managing Director Atul B Lall said.
Dixon's portfolio currently includes diverse productsfrom consumer electronics to home appliances from lightingproducts to mobile phones.
The company also provides solutions in reverse logisticsie repair and refurbishment services of set top boxes, mobilephones and LED TV panels. PTI SR MBIMKJ.
