

World Cup hero, India cricketer Yuvraj Singh would be soonseen on TV, sharing his experience of battle with cancer.
Viacom18's flagship entertainment brand Colors Channel todayannounced a partnership with Yuvraj Singh and his foundation `You We Can' whichworks for increasing the cancer awareness.
The show titled `Zindagi Abhi Baaki Hai', a three-partseries on Yuvi's experience of tackling the `emperor of maladies', will beaired on Colors. The series will be simultaneously broadcast on Viacom18'syouth entertainment brand MTV India.
"I thank everyone for giving me the opportunity to be apart of this. It is overwhelming. Cancer is a disease that can eat throughlives. I remember when I was diagnosed I had lot of wishes and love from peopleof India and around India and it worked out," Yuvraj told reporters here.
"It is my story...I want people to know that when theyget this kind of disease, what you feel when you learn you have cancer, how youcan fight it, how one is in denial mode, etc. I want to share my experiencewith everyone. I want to be an inspiration for everyone so that they can livetheir life all over again."
The proceeds from sponsorships of the show will go to You WeCan Foundation.
Before the diagnosis, Yuvraj said, life was "happy golucky".
"Before cancer, life was happy go lucky and the onlytension was about my future, career, to win the matches. But when I wasdiagnosed with cancer, I only used to think about saving my life. There weretimes when I used to have negative thoughts.
"I used to think chemotherapy has spoilt my body, Ithought drugs made me worse, but it was good for me (in the end). It wasdifficult... I was not sure whether I will survive but I was positive that Iwill come out of it," he said.
He added that cycling legend Lance Armstrong (who survivedtesticular cancer and went on to win Tour De France seven times in a row), wasan inspiration.
"Lance Armstrong will always be a hero. He is somebodywho has battled cancer and come back...these kind of things motivated me. He isa real-life hero," Yuvraj said.
