Andhra CM Naidu-led delegation to visit US from May 4, take part in USIBC

VIJAYAWADA: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu along with Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu and Information Technology Minister and his son Nara Lokesh would visit US from May 4 to 11.

As part of the abroad trip, the Chief Minister along with a delegation of 16 others including two of his Cabinet colleagues, officials, advisors and security personnel will visit California, San Jose, San Francisco, Chicago/Washington DC, New York and New Jersey.

The Chief Minister will participate in US India Business Council (USIBCs) Annual West Coast Summit, 2017 and TiEcon 2017 Summit to be held in California. The Chief Minister said that apart from attending the said events, he will also visit and organise meetings with about 100 US companies to attract investments to Andhra Pradesh.

As per the orders issued by the government on Friday, the following is the delegation led by the Chief Minister:

Ministers Yanamala Ramakrishnudu and Nara Lokesh, Government Media Advisor Parakala Prabhakar, Chief Minister’s Principal Secretary G Sai Prasad, Principal Secretary (Energy, Infrastructure and CRDA) Ajay Jain, Secretary (Industries) Solomon Arokia Raj, Principal Secretary (Information and Technology) K Vijayanand, Economic Development Board Chief Executive Officer J Krishna Kishore, Special Chief Secretary to Chief Minister J Adiseshaiah Chowdhary, Non-Resident Telugu Affairs and Investment Advisor V Ravi Kumar, Personal Secretary to Chief Minister P Srinivasa Rao, Personal Assistant to Chief Minister B Rajagopal, Chief Security Officers L Subbarayudu and Ch Bhadraiah, security officers G Viswanadham and Ch Peter.
