SABARIMALA: President of Sabarimala Ayyappa Seva Samajam and son of Tamil actor and guruswami M N Nambiar, M N Sukumaran Nambiar passed away due to heart failure at his residence at Gopalapuram in Chennai on Sunday. He was 64.
Nambiar leaves his mother Rugmani Nambiar, wife Lakshmi, sons Sidharth and Bharath, brother Mohan Nambiar and sister Snehalatha. The cremation would be held in Chennai at 10 am. Founder president of Ayyappa Seva Samajam, the contribution of Sukumaran Nambiar was unparallel in offering facilities for the Ayyappa devotees not only in Tamil Nadu, but in other South Indian states. Samajam general secretary Kummanam Rajasekharan condoled the death of Sukumaran Nambiar.
Nambiar Mourned A meeting held at Sannidhanam M N Nambiar Guest House condoled the sudden death of Sukumaran Nambiar.
Devaswom executive officer M Satheeshkumar recalled his contributions towards the overall welfare of Sabarimala pilgrims.
