As part of spreading life insurance activities to 300 more villages in the country, Life Insurance Corporation of India opened a mini office at Chunangamveli here the other day.
The office will cover the two panchayats of Edathala and Kizhmad. The new mini office was earlier functioning as an LIC service centre, and was being run by Chief Life Insurance advisor K A Varghese. K P Dhanapalan MP inaugurated the office and Anwar Sadath MLA opened the counter. LIC senior divisional manager B Chakravarthy inaugurated the first proposal while divisional marketing manager Sreenivasa Rao released the first policy certificate.
