JATNI: Overall growth and progress of the country can only be possible if the Congress comes back to power, both at the Centre and state. During the Congress tenure a good number of developmental works have been completed in Jatni constituency under Suresh Routary's leadership, said Santosh Mohanty, Congress MP candidate from Bhubaneswar.
Addressing newsmen here Mohanty said, Suresh Routary is not an individual but an institution and only due to his progressive attitude, various people-oriented projects have been established in Jatni constituency. He referred to the 30-bed hospital, Jatni town hall, Jatni tehsil, Bhagabanpur and Talkheta industrial complex.
The establishment of IIT Arugul is a stepping stone in Jatni’s development list. Addressing the gathering, Suresh Routary said the people of his constituency have requested him through letters not to spend money on rallies, hoardings and loudspeakers. He however assured manifold development work in Jatni constituency. Among others, Jatni town Congress president Ashok Mangaraj, Khurda District vice-president, Parsunath Subudhi and Jatni Municipality Chairman, Sangram Keshari Routaray were present.
