SAMBALPUR: Scribes of Sambalpur town staged a demonstration in front of residential office of District Collector P K Pattnaik here today demanding immediate release of Mohana journalist Lakshman Choudhry.
They also took out a rally from the collectorate to the collector’s residence before submitting a memorandum, addressed to the Governor, to Pattnaik. Condemning the arrest of Choudhry, the scribes said that Gajapati police had intentionally arrested him after framing false charges against him.
