BANPUR: Mili Panda alias Subhasree Panda, wife of Maoist top gun Sabyasachi Panda, her associate Kishore Jena and driver Sangram Bhol, allegedly involved in Maoist activities and booked under the Unlawful Activities Act, were produced before Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Reena Choudhury yesterday. They were brought from Jharpada jail in Bhubaneswar as per court order and handed over chargesheet copies. While Mili alleged that she was arrested in the middle of night and all the allegations against her were false, Kishore alleged that he was unlawfully brought from the jail handcuffed. Bhol pleaded innocent and said his family was starving in his absence. The JMFC transferred the case for trial to the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Khurda.
