ROURKELA: A computer teacher of a private technical institute, Jitendra Sethi, was arrested and produced in court for allegedly circulating an objectionable MMS of a minor girl.
Sethi allegedly developed physical relationship with a ClassIX girl and took her obscene photos in his mobile phone.
When the girl tried to escape from his clutches he allegedly circulated the obscene photos. A cas has been registered.
