SALEPUR: School and Mass Education Minister Pratap Jena has been accused of misbehaving and snatching a digital camera and two mobile phones from a local journalist at Jignipur under Nischintakoili block. In an FIR lodged with Salepur police station, journalist Ashok Mahaptra had alleged that the Minister misbehaved with him while he was taking snaps of his election rally. DSP Sataya Narayan Behera, who is looking into the case, has conducted a preliminary inquiry.
