Siba Narayan Deb Prasad Acharya (30) of Khajuriakata of Hindol sub-division wanted in connection with murder of a salesman for several months was arrested on Friday. He was sent to local court on Friday evening.
Dhenkanal SP Manoranjan Mohanty said Siba had gunned down Nanda Kishor Prasad, a salesman of a liquor shop at Kantabania on January 21. Nanda belongs to Jharkhand. The accused remained absconding since then. Police have seized a pistol, a laptap, 20 cartridges, two mobile phones, four pendrives, `39,000, a motorcycle, four SIM cards.
