Restaurant plan: retired aircraft in Puri

A Delhi-based hospitality company will use it to set up an airplane-themed restaurant, which is likely to be made operational in three months.

PURI: An 80-seater retired aircraft to be used as an airplane-themed restaurant arrived in Puri on Friday. A trailer truck carrying the decommissioned aircraft was seen moving towards Puri-Brahmagiri-Satapada road. Sources said the aircraft will be unloaded near Giral Bazaar along the Puri-Satapada road, about 10 km from Puri. A Delhi-based hospitality company will use it to set up an airplane-themed restaurant, which is likely to be made operational in three months.
