NAGERCOIL: DVAC sleuths have filed a chargesheet against the former Tourism Minister N Suresh Rajan and his wife in connection in a case under the Prevention of Corruption Act here on Thursday. A DVAC release states that on specific information the Kanyakumari detachment of DVAC registered a disproportionate assets case on October 7, 2011 against former Minister for Tourism and Registration N Suresh Rajan.
In the charge sheet 106 persons have been shown as witnesses and 139 documents containing 4503 pages have been cited as exhibits. The case has now been posted to July 5 for the appearance of the accused.
