CHENNAI: India Yamaha Motors’ motorcycle and scooter manufacturing facility in Chennai, inaugurated by Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa at the GIM on Wednesday, will be aim to achieve a 10% marketshare in the country. Currently 3.7%, the company expects the figure to touch 10% by three years. The Rs 1,600- crore plant will produce 1.8 million scooters and motorcycles per annum.
