Woman ends life over son's school admission in TN

COIMBATORE: Depressed over her son not getting admission in a private school, a 30-year-old woman allegedly committed suicide in her house near Pollachi in the district, police said today.
The incident came to light this morning after the neighbours noticed Sharada, of Jameenuthukuli, hanging from the ceiling and immediately informed the police, they said.
Sharada was found upset as she could not secure a seat for her son in grade five in a private matriculation school, they said. Further investigations are on, they said.
