HYDERABAD: V Nagi Reddy, former IAS officer, took charge as Telangana State Election Commissioner here on Wednesday.
Prior to this appointment, Nagi Reddy was the principal secretary (Finance).
Meanwhile, several IAS officers assumed charge following a recent shuffling of posts. Shalini Misra took charge as MD of Water Grid Corporation, K Pradeep Chandra as principal secretary, finance on Wednesday.Â
Another senior IAS officer BP Acharya took additional charge as commissioner and ex-officio principal secretary of Information and Public Relations Department. RV Chandravadan took charge as Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise.
