HYDERABAD: Extending a new year gift to the unemployed youth in Telangana, the TRS government on Wednesday issued notifications for a recruitment drive to fill 439 Group - II officer posts. The State government issued three separate notifications to fill 439 Group II posts in various departments.
The notifications issued by the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) include the posts of deputy general manager (finance), technician Grade II posts in the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) and Agriculture Extension Officer Grade II in the department of agricultural sub service. The TSPSC would start accepting online applications from eligible candidates from Thursday onwards.
Last date to submit applications for two vacant deputy GM posts in water board is January 22, while the exam would be held on February 21. Candidates can submit applications for the 44 vacant technician Grade II posts in water board till January 28 and the written test for these posts will be held in March.
Highest number of vacancies were announced in the department of agriculture sub-service, where there are 311 posts of Agriculture Officer Grade II. The deadline to submit application is on January 25.
